I am a mother to a beautiful toddler and a wife to an
amazing man in the Air Force.
My life's journey has brought me to the art of the doula. Birth is empowering, spiritual, beautiful and so intimate. I want nothing more that to see a mother embrace and feel empowerment from her birth experience. I seek to provide and offer encouragement and share my knowledge during your journey.

I recognize the need for empowerment, support and
comfort throughout the journey to motherhood. I believe that we
were born knowing how to birth our babies and we make that
possible with the love, support and comfort of the ones we
surround ourselves with.
I would be honored to take part in your journey through
your transition to motherhood.
